    Support Worker

    As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals across our residential and community-based services. You’ll assist with everyday activities that are person-centred and designed to promote dignity, independence, and well-being.

    Whether it’s helping someone attend a local art class, supporting them with shopping, or guiding them through domestic routines like cooking and cleaning, every day brings variety and the chance to positively impact someone’s life. Experience is welcomed, but not essential—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.


    Senior Support Worker

    Ready to step up? As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll provide hands-on care while also guiding and supporting a team of carers. Working closely with our service managers, you’ll lead by example, foster a positive environment, and help shape person-centred care plans.

    You’ll also gain valuable experience in staff supervision, daily operations, and implementing innovative, compassionate care practices. Ideal for those with prior experience in care looking to grow into leadership.


    Deputy Manager

    As a Deputy Manager, you’ll assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services. You’ll allocate resources, manage staff performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care.

    Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key in this role. You’ll be instrumental in creating a positive, empowering environment for both staff and the people we support.


    Trainee Manager

    Our Trainee Manager Programme is designed for aspiring care leaders. This unique scheme offers hands-on experience across multiple services, combined with leadership mentoring and structured training—including enrolment in a QCF Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.

    You’ll support day-to-day operations, participate in care delivery, assist with administration, and eventually step in during the manager’s absence. It’s the perfect launchpad for a meaningful leadership career in social care.
